Job Title: Customer Care and Sales Support Executive



We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Sales Support Executive.




Key Responsibilities:




* Contact Handling: Provide friendly and efficient assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.

* Case Management: Handle general enquiries, product information requests, delivery updates, and after-sales support.

* Customer Record Keeping: Record and manage customer cases accurately within our CRM system.



The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, be comfortable using multiple systems, and have a positive, adaptable attitude.




Requirements:




* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, administration, or support role.

* PASSION FOR HELPING PEOPLE: A genuine passion for helping people and providing great service.
