About The RoleWe are currently seeking an RD&A Technologist to join our Enzyme Department, supporting research, development, and application activities focused on enzyme technologies for human and animal nutrition.This role offers the opportunity to work hands‑on in the laboratory, contributing to innovation projects and supporting the development and application of enzyme solutions across a range of projects.Key responsibilitiesPerform routine and project‑specific enzyme assays and laboratory analyses.Support formulation development and optimisation activities.Prepare samples, solutions, and test materials for internal evaluations and customer‑related projects.Accurately record, analyse, and report experimental data in line with internal standards.Support senior team members with innovation pipeline and application projects for human and animal nutrition.Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure safe working practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support effective project execution.Qualifications and SkillsDegree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.Experience with enzyme assays, analytical techniques, or laboratory‑based research (industry or academic).Strong attention to detail, with good experimental documentation and organisational skills.Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, project‑driven environment.A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support innovation and application activities.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical expertise and contribute to impactful enzyme technologies within a collaborative RD&A environment.
