We invite applications for a full-time Retail Assistant/Night Hatch Attendant to join The N20 Mallow Plaza team.PLEASE NOTE: This position requires full flexibility to work night shifts between 10 PM and 7 AM. Monday to Sunday flexibility is essential.A similar role in a previous job would be an advantage."Due to the nature of the job, candidates must be over 20 years old."Job Purpose: To assist the Retail & Forecourt Manager in supervising the site and operations therein during the nighttime period.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensure the hatch is manned at all timesWhen required, the effective induction and training of any new nighttime employees.To communicate operational matters to daytime staff and give a proper handover if issues are outstanding.Ensure that high-quality and consistent customer service is provided at all times.To carry out any and all nighttime duties regarding cleaning or servicing of equipment – coffee machines, etc, in keeping with the procedure to ensure top quality products to our customers whilst conducting various stocking-up duties during quiet periods, together with cleaning of tea/coffee machines and support duties during quieter timesAssist the retail and forecourt manager in the effective management of the retail store and forecourt, in particular, communicating any customer requests at night, bringing forward any new ideas for improving the service we offer.To ensure potential hazards in the store are identified and reduced, or where possible, removed/eliminated.To assist the manager in minimising stock loss through wastage, damages, and pilferage while ensuring food management and waste systems are adhered to.Ensure the store is merchandised in a customer-friendly and competitive manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures and guidelines.Ensure stock is rotated appropriately to ensure in-date stock is available.The Shop will be closed to the public, however, limited services will be offered by you via the night hatch."Only candidates currently residing in Ireland with the correct permissions to work in the State will be considered."Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €13.50 per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFood allowanceOn-site parkingWellness programApplication question(s):Are you flexible to work any night from Monday to Sunday?Experience:Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: NH¦N20
