Breakfast Manager Job Description:
Your Role
As Breakfast Manager, you will lead the breakfast service, ensuring that every guest begins their day with a five-star experience. You will oversee the training and supervision of restaurant staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service standards.
You will assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and high-quality service standards, regularly holding team briefings and training sessions. Additionally, you will manage the service of food and beverages, provide effective communication with all teams, and support special events and catering when needed.
You will assist in managing budgets and implementing cost-saving and revenue-enhancing strategies. Customer feedback will be solicited and addressed professionally to continually improve our offerings.
Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage;
* A passion for exceptional service and guest satisfaction;
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* A proactive, hands-on leader who motivates and inspires the team;
* High attention to detail and strong time management skills;
* Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and peak business hours;
* Knowledge of Forbes standards and luxury hospitality (preferred);
* Additional language skills are a plus.
