Hours 07:30 am to 09:30am flex start and finish accordingly Hourly pay - 22ph Onsite five days a week in ringaskiddy Core Responsibilities Personal Assistant Duties: Manage VP's calendar, travel, and meetings Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, follow up on actions Handle confidential info and assist with ad-hoc tasks Maintain office policies, supplies, and equipment Liaise with vendors and IT providers Coordinate meetings, events, and training room bookings Schedule medical appointments for the Industrial Dept Ensure workplace safety and organization Prepare reports and presentations Support space and infrastructure planning Ad Hoc duties Requirements Skills & Experience: Previous admin or PA experience an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong organization, communication, and multitasking High level of discretion and professionalism Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented Good time management and problem-solving abilities Skills: Multitasker Organised attention to detail orientated
