About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Customer Care Manager
to lead and develop a growing customer service function within a fast-paced, expanding organisation. This position offers an opportunity to shape processes, drive customer satisfaction, and support business growth from our new state-of-the-art headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service and meet KPIs.
* Oversee department operations including workflow, attendance, training, and performance reviews.
* Act as the main escalation point for customer complaints, retention issues, and account cancellations.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements in customer service processes and systems.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Finance to enhance overall customer experience.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training within the department.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' management experience
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record in customer retention and service excellence.
* Excellent IT, reporting, and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Hands-on, proactive management style with a focus on continuous improvement
