Network Operations Engineer I
As a Network Operations Engineer I, you will be the primary contact for network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in data center environments. Your responsibilities will include operating and troubleshooting Data Center networks, including associated routing and switching devices.
1. Key Responsibilities:
o Detecting diagnosing error/failure conditions across various network device types.
Candidates must have an Associate degree in IT Networking or a related field (or equivalent experience) with at least two years of technical support experience in a NOC role. CCNA certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex system information. Strong communication skills are essential for working effectively within cross-functional teams as well as communicating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders successfully.
