Manufacturing Operations Manager
About the Role:
This is a dynamic leadership position that oversees the overall manufacturing process to ensure productivity, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet manufacturing schedules and produce the required volume and product mix by effectively managing resources and equipment.
2. Support problem-solving for plant and equipment issues to achieve quality and production goals.
3. Achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives through efficient processes and continuous improvement.
4. Develop and implement work instructions and operations procedures to drive consistency and excellence.
5. Complete performance excellence assessments and development plans for team members.
6. Lead efforts to protect human health, safety, and the environment by adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
7. Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies by fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Education and Experience:
* Candidates Should Possess:
Third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Business, or a trade certificate in Engineering.
* Prior Experience Preferred:
4 years of experience in a similar environment, including experience in strategic gross margin improvement projects, team leadership, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
