No prior recruiting experience required; previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus. The Right Person We are looking for a motivated, results-driven, and energetic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team.
The right person should have:
A proven ability to be timely and accurate when processing information and to effectively resolve problemsExcellent communication, interpersonal skills & proven customer service skills are requiredHighly motivated and able to work on own initiative.Ability to multi-task in a busy environmentOpen minded with a 'can-do' attitudeHighly proficient Microsoft Office skillsKey Responsibilities: Conduct 100 outbound calls daily to identify, qualify, and engage candidates for open positions.Build relationships with candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Schedule interviews and follow-up with candidates regarding next steps in the hiring process.Continuously track and meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to support recruitment goals.If you're eager to start your career in recruitment and have a passion for connecting with people, we want to hear from you!
