We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join the Commercial team in Swords as a Junior Commercial Account Executive.
This role is based on-site in our Swords office. Hybrid options considered after probation and initial training period are successfully completed.
You will be responsible for assisting a commercial manager in maintaining a large book as well as developing and growing an existing commercial insurance client portfolio, capable of delivering significant account growth whilst being comfortable operating in a fully compliant environment.

Your Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Account Manager in the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
* Assist with the preparation, renewal, and administration of commercial insurance policies across multiple classes (e.g. Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, Package).
* Liaise with insurers and underwriters to obtain quotations, policy terms, mid-term adjustments, and supporting documentation.
* Prepare client documentation including schedules, renewal packs, certificates, endorsements, and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records on the broker management system.
* Handle mid-term adjustments (MTAs), cancellations, and policy amendments in a timely and compliant manner.
* Support renewal processes by gathering client information, chasing outstanding data, and assisting with market submissions.
* Respond to routine client queries professionally, escalating complex issues to the Senior Account Manager as appropriate.
* Assist with new business administration, including data capture, quote comparisons, and insurer follow-ups. Support credit control processes, including invoicing, premium collection, and insurer payments where required.
* Ensure all activity is conducted in line with Central Bank of Ireland regulations, internal procedures, and compliance standards.
* Develop technical knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and underwriting practices through on-the-job learning and training.
* Build effective working relationships with colleagues, insurers, and clients to support high service standards.
