Engineer of Digital Transformation
As a lead engineer in digital transformation, you will be responsible for spearheading digitisation projects and overseeing the management of site AV and collaboration systems.
* Map current processes and design controlled digital workflows to streamline operations. Develop comprehensive training programs and conduct user onboarding sessions.
* Promote the adoption of AI platforms to support digitisation initiatives, working closely with Site Data Analytics to drive Engineering Digital goals forward.
* Create actionable dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel Power Query to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as maintenance compliance, asset health, downtime, and work order cycle time.
