The type of Chef we're looking for:
5. Minimum 2 year's experience in a busy kitchen, preferably in contract catering
6. Genuine passion for food and delivering high standards
7. Dependable, flexible, and available during weekdays
8. Manual Handling and HACCP certification (training can be provided)
9. Culinary qualification is a bonus, but not required
