Job Title: NTPF Administrator
About the Role:
* This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including patients, consultants, referring GPs, physiotherapists, theatre managers, ward managers, wellness staff, sports medicine staff, radiology staff, and finance teams.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Northern Ireland and waiting list initiative transfers from NTPF/HSE
2. Book hotels and investigations, Physiotherapy, and Convalescence
3. Maintain databases and send relevant patient letters, finance forms, and reports to Trusts/NTPF/HSE and GPs
4. Stand in for GP line personnel in absence of GP liaison and cover for secretaries during annual leave
