Main Duties:
The role involves the service of beverages to the Newpark hotels standards and the upkeep of the bar service areas to high standard at all times.
All employees must confirm to Newpark hotels cash handling procedures at all times.
The ideal candidate must have a friendly personality and be willing to interact with guests, team members & management with a positive attitude at all times.
The successful candidate must be able to work well as part of a team and also to show initiative when working alone. The position is in a faced paced environment and all duties must be performed to hotel operational standards at all times. All applicants must be over 18 years of age and have at least 2 years experience in a similar establishment
Required skills
* Proficient knowledge of drink service. Including the making of cocktails & the service of draught drinks, spirits & wines.
* Food service experience an advantage
* Good communicator
