Painter
Dublin City Centre - Full time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Painter to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in the Building Maintenance team.
What You’ll Do
 * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling holes or cracks to ensure a smooth finish.
 * Apply primers, paints, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
 * Interpret and follow specifications, blueprints, and instructions to meet project requirements and standards.
 * Ensure all painting work meets corporate safety standards and complies with health and environmental regulations.
 * Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment after each use.
 * Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
 * Collaborate with facility managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate painting schedules and minimize disruption.
 * Inspect completed work to ensure proper coverage and finish; touch up any imperfections as needed.
 * Manage inventory of paints, supplies, and materials; report needs for replenishment.
 * Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and reporting incidents or hazards.
