Opportunity to join leading energy multi-national manufacturing site in East Cork
Responsible for supporting the management of Employee Files. Act as the administrator for Employee Files and ensure all transactions in Workday for employees are processed in a timely fashion (i.e. job profile assignment, compensation and organizational changes, etc.).
Collaborate with internal HR functional areas (i.e. Time sheet, Talent Management, Employee Services, Payroll & Benefits and Compensation) to provide service to the HR Partner with the consistent delivery of HR Programs.
Support the execution of HR activities including, but not limited to, Talent Cycles (Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation and Workforce Planning), service awards and retirements.
Responsible for ensuring client HR service satisfaction managing and resolving clients' inquiries/requests in a timely and professional manner.
Experience
Degree in Human Resources (or related Business Degree) or relevant HR Experience with 1 years plus HR experience
Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills with high degree of thoroughness and accuracy
Basic understanding of Talent Cycles (i.e. Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning)
Basic understanding of HR programs, policies and practices
Knowledge of the Workday HRIS and processes
