Oncology Operations Manager Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oncology Operations Manager to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership across Radiation Oncology services. This role will oversee daily operations, quality and safety programmes, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Operations Management: Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations across Radiation Oncology services.
* Visible Leadership: Provide positive leadership to clinical and non-clinical teams.
* Safe Staffing Levels: Ensure safe staffing levels and effective scheduling aligned to patient demand.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Quality Improvement:
* Patient Safety Focus: Place patient safety at the centre of all operational decisions.
* Led QA Programme: Lead the department QA programme ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Budget Management:
pmanage operational budgets in collaboration with Director of Oncology.
