Children’s Disability Network Manager
Location: Waterford, Central Remedial Clinic (HSE Dublin and South East). Contract: Permanent, Whole Time, 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of Children’s Disability Services in line with National Policy.
Liaise with stakeholders (HSE, CDNM’s, staff, families) regarding service delivery.
Ensure high quality, safe, integrated children's disability services using the Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People model.
Accountable for delivery of services and uphold the strategy “Creating Pathways that Empower and Enable”.
Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and person‑centred leadership, guiding communication, partnership, and continuous learning.
Requirements
Relevant professional qualification in Nursing or a Health and Social Care profession with statutory or professional registration/accreditation.
Minimum of five years post‑qualification work experience, including at least three years in or managing the delivery of children’s disability therapeutic services.
High standard of suitability and management ability to discharge duties of the office.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Salary & Benefits
Department of Health Salary Scale for Children’s Disability Network Manager (Salary code 6010) applies: €90,076 – €99,140.
