We are seeking a highly accomplished and skilled housekeeping professional to assume a leadership role within our team. This exceptional individual will be responsible for spearheading our housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Promote a culture of excellence within the housekeeping team by demonstrating exceptional leadership skills
* Develop and implement effective strategies to manage departmental costs, optimize resource utilization, and drive business growth
* Maintain control over inventory management, ensure accurate order monitoring, and maintain high levels of stock efficiency
* Foster a positive work environment by adhering to hotel standard operating procedures and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve operational efficiency
* Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role or similar position
* Demonstrated leadership and management abilities, with a strong track record of success
* Proficiency in using front desk operating systems such as Micros Fidelio Opera
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
