About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, coordinating training and development, and supporting participants in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain accounts and budgets.
* Prepare and monitor claims for materials and training through Welfare Partners.
* Liaise with accountants regarding end-of-year accounts.
* Ensure all accounts are prepared annually for audit purposes.
* Assist on yearly audits.
* Apply for new projects every three years.
Additional Responsibilities
* Provide development and training opportunities for participants.
* Undertake supervision and support for participants in relation to accessing employment and development opportunities.
* Devise learning plans for all participants, together with line managers, to ensure the goal of gaining relevant experience and qualifications for long-term employment is achieved.
* Source accredited training courses.
* Review learning plans regularly and update records on Welfare Partners.
* Prepare work schedules for participants in conjunction with line managers.
* Ensure all materials and equipment required for work schedules are in place for participants.
* Install and manage an effective timekeeping record system for participants.
