Job Title: Production Management Lead
Job Description: Our Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production teams. This involves overseeing daily activities, setting goals, and implementing strategies to achieve quality, cost, delivery, supply, safety, and people objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise production teams to meet targets for quality, costs, delivery, and people.
* Ensure manufacturing volume requirements are met on time, within budget, and with the correct schedule mix.
* Effectively manage employee performance through coaching, counseling, developing, and monitoring employees.
* Facilitate open communication regarding individual, team, and company objectives and performance.
* Develop operational plans in conjunction with the business unit leader to align with overall site and operations strategy.
About You: We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a minimum of 3/4 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment. A Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree is required, along with good knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements, housekeeping, and health and safety. Your leadership skills, people management experience, and ability to motivate and organize teams are essential for this role. In addition, you should have excellent communication and influencing skills, proven experience with process improvements using lean tools, and the ability to lead change management initiatives.
