About Your Showroom Sales job Client facing role requiring extensive sales leadership experience within a residential, interiors, or property-focused environment. The successful candidate will lead the Dublin showroom operations, manage and convert inbound leads, nurture key account relationships, and drive revenue through a consultative, high-end sales process. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Residential showroom Responsible for walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and presentation of the space Convert inbound enquiries from homeowners, designers, architects, and builders Relationship Management Responsible for visual merchandising in the Residential Department Order Management using the CRM system Working Days Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday rotation What Skills You Need for this Senior Showroom job 35+ years of Sales experience within this industry Strong background in consultative selling Experience gained in a luxury showroom environment Knowledge on building materials, interior finishes, or design/construction is a strong advantage Excellent organisational and communication skills Internet, Social Media and AI savvy Whats on Offer This role comes with a basic salary of 50k plus commission.
