Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual revenue targets
- Manage all aspects of events from initial inquiry to post-event evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Analyze feedback from events to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience as an Event Manager in a quality hotel property, preferably five-star
- Proven track record of managing high-profile events including corporate, MICE, and social functions
- Strong background in budget management, forecasting, and financial accountability
