Meetings & Events Coordinator – 10-month FTC
Join Rapport Guest Services as an exceptional Meetings & Events Coordinator, delivering seamless, innovative and memorable experiences for our clients and guests. This full-time, fixed‑term contract is a 10‑month opportunity located in Dublin.
Type of contract: Full‑time, Fixed‑term – 10 months
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week (occasional flexibility for events)

Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver exceptional meeting and event experiences, ensuring every detail is managed to perfection.
* Work in an agile and innovative way, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics, catering, AV, and room setups.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring smooth communication and professional service at every stage.
* Drive a culture of hospitality and customer service excellence, ensuring each event reflects Rapport’s high standards.
* Continuously look for creative and operational improvements to enhance the guest experience.
* Maintain accurate records, event calendars and feedback to support ongoing quality and innovation.
The ideal candidate will:
