Key Responsibilities
The Financial Operations Manager will oversee the daily accounting functions of the organization, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires an individual with experience in a production environment and the ability to manage a range of daily financial and accounting tasks.
* Daily accounting activities including bank reconciliations, invoicing, cash flow management, and payments processing
* Monthly financial reports across multiple business entities
* Value Added Tax (VAT) returns
* Monthly payroll processing and related queries
* Utilization of computerized systems such as Xero or QuickBooks
Requirements
