An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join NHS Fife's Digital Strategic Delivery Team. This role is central to enabling digital transformation across NHS Fife, supporting modernisation of services and improvements in care for patients, service users and staff.
You will manage a range of digital projects from initiation through to handover, ensuring delivery to agreed quality standards, within budget and on time. Working closely with clinical and non clinical stakeholders, you will help drive forward NHS Fife's digital ambitions and contribute to meaningful organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate and deliver digital projects using PRINCE2 project management methodology.
Develop and maintain project plans, reports, risk registers and resource profiles.
Ensure robust governance, documentation and performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting effective communication and engagement.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and issues, taking corrective action where required.
Support benefits realisation and contribute to wider digital transformation activities.

Essential
Experience of project management and/or staff management in a complex environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to travel throughout Fife and, at times, across Scotland.
Desirable
PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification.
Experience in digital transformation or within health care settings.
