Responsibilities
* Manage a high-performing team of Sales Representatives focused on acquiring new business and setting advertisers up for success on the platform.
* Manage KPIs, ensure deliverables are exceeded, and revenue is achieved.
* Identify barriers and improve productivity and success.
* Develop, coach, and manage your inside sales team to ensure operational excellence.
* Identify top talent and participate in hiring processes to build and maintain a high-performing team.
* Motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals and results by driving optimal individual and team performance to meet KPIs and targets.
* Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to assess performance against objectives.
* Perform weekly call evaluations to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in customer engagement.
* Provide leadership, support, and development to team members, leveraging their strengths to drive performance.
* Oversee and manage the daily operations and workflow of the team efficiently.
* Create a learning environment to facilitate knowledge transfer and insights sharing.
* Serve as a point of referral for complex and escalated queries.
* Ensure all client SLA targets are met, including performance management, people management, transition management, recruitment, quality management, and communication.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading a sales team in digital marketing, especially in advertiser acquisition.
* Experience recruiting and hiring for high-performance account management sales teams.
* Ability to forecast sales opportunities, set goals, and monitor sales activities.
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* CRM experience or familiarity with sales force automation tools.
* Strong knowledge of technology and social media channels.
* Ability to lead service improvement initiatives.
* Experience handling escalations within contact center environments is a plus.
* Experience in improving workflow and system process efficiencies.
* Ability to clearly communicate goals and vision, and deliver results.
* Influencing skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm under stress.
* High energy, passion, and a good sense of humor.
* Fluency in English and Dutch.
