Pierse Motors was founded over forty years ago and due to continued growth has now a vacancy for either an experienced Service Advisor or someone wishing to begin their career as a Junior Service Advisor.
Junior Service Advisor will receive onsite & offsite VWGI training in all areas of Aftersales with the aim to qualifying as a Service Advisor.
There will also be appropriate training made available for more experienced candidates The duties of a Service Advisor will include: Assist in the administration of service department Making customer appointments on Autoview & booking in cars Issuing invoices and collecting payments of customers Dealing with customer queries both by email, telephone & in person Printing job cards Test driving customer cars Inspecting customer cars that have been cleaned before been returned to customers.
Transferring insurance substitutions AD-hoc duties Skills & Education Required To become an Service Advisor you will need to : To have a full drivers licence, for insurance reasons.
