Job Description:
This individual will lead on key projects designed to sustain and improve the team's performance. Your primary focus is to serve as a trusted analytics partner to Marketing teams in EMEA, delivering data-driven insights that shape marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze program impact, ROI, and forecasts to inform marketing strategies.
* Build dashboards and custom reports to track trends and outcomes of marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to understand pain points and provide data-driven guidance.
* Manage roadmaps, projects, stakeholders' needs, and prioritization in line with company strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or operations.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
* Working knowledge of platforms such as Eloqua/Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
* Project management and prioritization skills to juggle multiple regional and global projects concurrently.
