We are working with an esteemed international firm who are looking for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate practice within their Dublin office.The Role:The successful candidate will join a dynamic Corporate team, advising on a full range of corporate services for the firm's global client base. The candidate's work will focus on M&A, venture capital, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and equity capital markets, often with a cross-border element.The candidate will play a key role in supporting companies in all stages of their lifecycle, acting for many high-value investments.
