With over 20 brands across 30+ countries, we strive for fair and unbiased hiring.Join our team of 4,000+ employees and be part of reshaping the labour market and becoming the world's leading job platform.The Job At a GlanceJoin our team and you'll be responsible for providing top class customer serviceWorking in the Customer Service department, you will be part of a friendly & successful team who deliver a personal service by educating and supporting customers, jobseekers and colleagues to build trust and achieve positive results.You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.Your Responsibilities:• Provide client support via email, telephone and live chat.• Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions.• Keep records of customer interactions on Salesforce• Collaborate with sales and customer success e.g. consultation on job postings• Coach customers to be product experts so they become increasingly self-sufficient.Qualifications:• 1+ years' experience in a desk-based customer service role• A technical thinker who enjoys deep-diving into a bug or issue• Independent thinker with good judgement and who uses their own initiative.• A team player who thrives in supporting their fellow Customer Service team members• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Your BenefitsWe're a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when you're with us.
