Key Responsibilities
This is a leadership position that oversees daily store operations. The ideal candidate will report to senior management and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards.
Primary Accountabilities:
* Lead the team in achieving sales targets through effective coaching, KPI management, and commercial decision-making
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and achieve their potential
* Manage stock levels, deliveries, and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
* Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
* Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably within retail
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
* Commercially minded with excellent organisational skills
* Effective communicator with a hands-on approach
