Chief People Officer
We are seeking a visionary leader to shape and deliver our forward-looking people and culture strategy.
This strategic role will be pivotal in driving transformation, building workforce capacity and skills, and embedding sustainability and innovation into our ways of working.
The CPO will oversee the execution of our overarching People and Culture Strategy, enabling us to strengthen capability, enhance agility, and support our strategic growth and public service mission.
* Strategic Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of our long-term people and culture strategy, aligning with business objectives.
* Organisational Design & Transformation: Drive the design and implementation of our organisation structure and workforce strategy.
* Culture & Employee Experience: Foster a culture that embraces change, collaboration, and continuous learning, enhancing employee engagement and retention.
* Workforce Planning & Capability Building: Develop a data-informed workforce plan, anticipating future skill requirements and supporting flexible resourcing models.
* Change Management & Digital HR Transformation: Lead large-scale change initiatives, empowering employees to adapt to new structures, technology, and ways of working.
* Talent Acquisition & Retention: Shape our talent acquisition and retention strategy, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
* Industrial Relations Leadership: Provide strategic oversight of industrial relations, ensuring constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives.
