Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including hotel/leisure, residential, commercial office, retail, health, education and data centres.
* Deliver high-quality services to clients by conducting background research and analysis of construction costs.
* Develop and implement cost plans and tender documents for construction projects.
* Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
