Job Description:

1. Assist the management team in daily operations and ensure correct procedures are followed.
">
2. Provide a personal and positive service experience for every customer.
">
3. Manage stock, cashing up at the end of the day, and coordinate deliveries.
">
4. Assign tasks to staff and ensure they follow correct procedures.
">
5. Engage with and profile customers to offer the best products for their needs and optimise sales.
">
6. Lead by example in implementing and maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards in store.
">
7. Use all available tools, including Assisted Selling, Safesize, e-receipts, radio systems etc.
">
8. Coordinate and forward cash, stock, financial reports and other administration to the relevant personnel.
">
9. Responsible for processes associated with daily deliveries and adequate stock management procedures.
">
10. Ensure end of day recovery is carried out completely and to the standard set out by the company.
">
11. Carry out other retail duties expected of all staff.

12. Operate till and handle financial transactions.

13. Deliver a great last impression to customers.

14. Be security conscious within the store and stock rooms – monitor potential shoplifters and follow security guidelines.
