You will ensure the safety and security of guests and staff, manage guest inquiries and concerns, and oversee the smooth running of the hotel overnight. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle issues and emergencies effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete nightly Duty Management shifts for the hotelEnsure all Health & Safety duties and requests are adhered to during the shiftGreet and assist guests arriving during the night shiftHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionallyMaintain exceptional guest satisfaction and service standardsEnsure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff at all timesImplement and enforce hotel policies and proceduresOversee all hotel operations during the night shift, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and MaintenanceEnsure smooth guest check-in and check-out processesConduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance or cleanliness issuesSchedule and allocate tasks to night staff to ensure effective coverage and efficiencyComplete all nightly reports and required paperwork accuratelyEnsure nightly cleaning of the hotel is carried out to standardMonitor and manage inventory levels of supplies, including toiletries and cleaning materialsCommunicate effectively with daytime management regarding any issues or updates from the night shiftQualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in hotel management or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or managerial roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsFlexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and bank holidaysKnowledge of hotel operations, safety procedures, and emergency protocolsFamiliarity with the HotSoft system is an advantage
