We are inviting application for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen team at The Ring of Kerry Golf Course on a casual contract, some of the role & responsibilities are as follows:
Scope and General Purpose of Job:
To ensure that all crockery/cutlery and glassware is washed and stored correctly and to ensure that wash up area is maintained in a hygienic manner.
* To maintain a clean kitchen by following a daily and weekly cleaning schedule and a standard cleaning practice.
* Clean and wash all crockery and cutlery and kitchen cooking units, pots and storage areas.
* Operate dish-washng machine and chemicals.
* Follow proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Previous experience in a fast-paced Kitchen environment is an advantage. This is a full-time position and is on a rostered basis, which includes weekends and evening shifts.
This position will suit a student who is looking for flexible hours.
