The Role
As
Senior Account Executive (SMB)
, you'll own the Irish SMB market (50–300 FTE).
This is a
full-cycle closing role
where you'll drive consultative sales cycles, helping HR leaders solve complex compliance, payroll, and HR challenges.

60% outbound / 40% inbound

You'll craft thoughtful outreach strategies, guide prospects through nuanced conversations, and build trust with decision-makers at fast-scaling companies.

What We're Looking For:
Must-haves:
* 2–3+ years as a closing AE in B2B SaaS (preferably SMB-focused)
* Proven track record of outbound pipeline generation and hitting quota
* Experience selling to HR leaders or compliance-driven stakeholders
* Background in HR tech, payroll, compliance, EOR, mobility, benefits, insuretech, fintech, or other technical B2B solutions
* 1.5+ years in a startup/scale-up environment
* Strong consultative sales skills
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, founder-led environment
* Based in or commutable to Dublin
Nice-to-haves:
* Sales experience in compliance-oriented environments (legal tech, security, insuretech, etc.)
* Familiarity with the EOR competitive landscape
* Experience selling complex or regulatory-driven products
