Financial Leadership Opportunity in a Dynamic Hotel Environment We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function for a busy hotel based in Kilkenny. The ideal candidate will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, working closely with the General Manager and associates to achieve timely financial reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure highest standards of accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities: * Manage Financial Function: Effectively manage the financial function of the company, ensuring timely presentation of management information and reports. * Audit & Compliance: Assessing controls and policies throughout the companies and ensuring adherence to same. Preparation and completion of monthly management accounts including variance analysis. Balance sheet review and reconciliations including Vouchers and Deposits. * Cash Flow Management: Preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitoring cash flow preparing cash flow statement including rolling forecasts. Managing bank accounts, debtors creditors payroll balance sheet review reconciliations etc.. * Fiscal Responsibility: Maintain Fixed Asset Register reporting on Capital Expenditure weekly reporting on performance futures costing analytics liasing with Auditors Year End Finanacial Statements Corporation Tax Submission Revenue & CRO filings procedures timely submission returns banking compliance license insurance filing managing stock controllers commericial development projects Finance Director current focas future endeavours corporate functions attending Head Office meetings yearly tasks responsible projects within HOD MD Anual revisions goals operational plan principle communication executive international necessties.*](li> ) �
