We are looking for a friendly, driven Sales Executive to join our client’s 5-star luxury property’s Sales & Marketing team. This role supports the generation of group and MICE business, assists in managing client relationships, and plays a key role in delivering exceptional service. Experience is a bonus, but we welcome applicants from all backgrounds — personality, positivity, and a willingness to learn are what we value most.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Sales team in handling enquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating bookings.
* Assist with managing group and event business from enquiry through to final execution.
* Maintain accurate records, update booking systems (e.g., Opera), and manage follow-ups.
* Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
* Participate in familiarisation trips, site inspections, and trade events where required.
* Build strong working relationships with new and existing clients and partners.
* Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
