Lead Software Engineer
We've just had a really exciting new role go live with one of our long term clients in the Insurance space. They're starting a new build out of their Dublin team and looking for a highly experience principal engineer/architect to lead and mentor the team.
If you're someone who is at a very senior engineering level and keen to step up and have the ambition to be a future CTO, this would be a perfect fit.
The role will still be hands-on but will involve a lot of mentoring and guiding the engineers on the team. You won't be performing 1v1s/performance reviews but you'll be the most senior engineer in the Dublin team and will be responsible for technical decisions and guidance.
Tech Requirements:
* Strong hands-on development experience in C++/C# and React
* Python experience would be helpful too
* Hands-on work with Docker/Kubernetes
* Public cloud experience would be a plus
* Previous leadership/mentoring experience
