We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales through exceptional customer-centric service to be a Sales Support and Customer Service Representative to join our KPro, Paving and Walling division. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Advocacy: Proactively engage with builders, merchants and Developers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Champion your customer's requirements within the business.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Sales Generation: Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, following up on leads, and closing deals. Accountable for managing your customer base and sales targets, along with several key responsibilities that ensure strong relationships that drive sales growth
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with all internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Skills Required:
Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with products is a plus, and the ability to Learn. Demonstrate a strong ability to quickly learn about new products, showing a curious and detail-oriented approach to understanding and communicating product features and benefits.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Agile: Ability to respond to changes in an agile way and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
Tech Savvy: Ability to learn new systems and processes and adapt accordingly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and using CRM software and reporting tools.
