Breakfast Supervisor Job
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Food and Beverage Team as a Breakfast Supervisor.
About the Role
* This is an entry-level management position responsible for supporting and managing daily operations in the department.
* The successful candidate will oversee all restaurant, lobby lounge, pub, banqueting operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
* They will also be responsible for expediting guest orders, maintaining good working relationships with co-workers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The role involves:
1. Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure all hotel standards are maintained. Delegates tasks to line staff. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine proper hygiene and sanitation standards. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to comply with health regulations.
2. Maintaining Cash Flow : Monitor restaurants' cash flow, follow proper cash handling protocol ,and settle outstanding bills.
Promote excellent experiences for guests while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction .
Ensure that checklists,requisitions,and proper opening/closing duties are completed on time.
Follow steps of service,policies,and procedures outlined in employee manual daily basis.
Learn utilize current point-of-sale system,Lightspeed.Train guide team members Ensuring cleanliness throughout,broadcasted accordingly Supervise guideline staff Other duties required ],
