This role is an opportunity to lead and oversee clinical research staff and activities at our site, while supporting commercially and academically sponsored trials in compliance with ICH-GCP Guidelines.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of a senior operations manager and be part of a multidisciplinary team. The position involves leading and mentoring less experienced staff, developing and implementing education programmes, and being accountable for the overall success of the site.
Key responsibilities include managing and supervising CRF staff, ensuring timely completion of trials, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities are essential for this role, as well as the ability to develop and mentor others.
As part of this role, the candidate may be required to support studies at other sites and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience working in regulated studies would be advantageous.
