Responsibilities
* Assist elderly individuals with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support mobility and daily living activities, ensuring safety and comfort
* Monitor and document changes in the health and well-being of residents
* Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
* Help maintain a clean and organized living environment
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to implement care plans and ensure quality service
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills
* Prior experience in elderly care or healthcare assistance is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
* Ability to work well in a team and follow care plans effectively.
* Willingness to relocate to Ireland and embrace the local culture.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in elderly care are advantageous.
* Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
