Clinical Lead for Non-Core Hours
The role of Clinical Lead for Non-Core Hours involves providing expert clinical leadership during evening and weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Site management responsibility across the seven day week
* Oversight of designated clinical areas as required
* Rotation onto nights will be a requirement of this post
The successful candidate will oversee the management of resources including staffing and staff development. They will facilitate communication across healthcare teams and provide cover in the absence of an ADON on duty.
As a pivotal member of our clinical team, the Clinical Lead for Non-Core Hours plays a key role in service planning and development, coordinating and managing activity and resources within the clinical area.
