Programme Test Manager Daily Rate Contract
We are seeking a Programme Test Manager to drive the quality of large-scale, agile projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead diverse QA teams and ensure flawless delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop QA teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, including Agile, automation, and data-driven approaches.
* Conduct quality reviews and provide guidance to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Communicate progress and risks to leadership, ensuring transparency and stakeholder engagement.
* Collaborate with partners and suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure seamless integration.
* Provide team support and guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Deliver test status reports and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conduct technical analysis and defect management to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in Test Management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
* A strong understanding of web and mobile application testing and automation principles.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Experience in delivering end-to-end testing across multiple projects, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and implementing solutions.
* Proven experience driving continuous improvement, with a passion for innovation and excellence.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, offering the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with colleagues as needed.
