As an Associate Engineer (Drainage), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Highways and Drainage discipline. Your primary focus will be on managing and coordinating the delivery of your discipline's work to time and budget, ensuring a high standard of technical quality and compliance with internal management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate delivery of your disciplines work to time and budget
* Ensure a high standard of technical quality and compliance with internal management systems
* Production of drainage designs, assessments and checking others work
* Supervising a team of engineers and technicians, mentoring, and developing less experienced engineers and technicians
What We're Looking For
* Achieved Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) status with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects
* Experience in a railway design and build environment or on highways drainage design
* Skilled analytical ability and a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
* Experience of undertaking or specifying drainage surveys
