This role is based on 18 hours per week
Working pattern:Tuesday to Friday from 14:45 to 21:15 ( depending on the event)

Responsibilities and duties:
Respond and action planned reactive building repairs and respond to queries from staff and visitors.Supporting events, meeting room arrangements and removal of discarded materials.Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.Be a able to monitor and escalate issues that may arise with mechanical and electrical services (fire alarm, plumbing, HVAC systems)Office and churn management, relocation of furniture as well as meeting and event room set ups.Taking ownership and be accountable for all aspects of above stated roleResponding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise including Fire alarms.Meets and greets visitors at reception and direct them accordingly.Point of contact for client related queries, directs to relevant person for attentionBe ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to youRequirements:
Front of House Reception experienceMeticulous attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsAbility to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.Personal presentation must be of a high standard.Ref: 15147
