Job Description
* Provide technical support for existing precast product range and develop effective solutions.
* Assist in the preparation and completion of tenders and quotations.
* Identify opportunities for new product development and innovation.
* Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct on-site assessments and provide technical assistance to clients as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a technical, design, or support role within the construction or precast industry.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting construction and technical drawings.
* Competency with CAD or similar design software (e.g. AutoCAD).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
* Knowledge of construction standards and regulations in Ireland.
